Our regulatory team consists of well experienced and trained staffs. They have registered more than 600 products for both Prescription and OTC products in the healthcare division that are in compliance with FDA guidelines and ACTD. They have also registered over 1,300 SKUs for beauty products in compliance with FDA guidelines and national laws.
Investing time and cost for Product Training together with training on approach every quarter for all field force. With an objective make them more confident and technically sound for establishing confidence in the quality of the products to the doctors. Various queries raised by doctors about the products are answered immediately with proper technical explanation/clarification.
There is a strong in-house distribution team implemented for reliable and prompt delivery service to achieve customer satisfaction. Our team is also responsible for payment collection whether it may be cash or credit payments. This distribution network and system is in place at all our offices across the country.
Han Ideal owns 4 warehouses across the country that are all up to FDA standards and requirements. Our medical supplies and consumer goods are all kept in these warehouses in good condition. Warehouse supervisors are in charge for the maintenance of facilities and data collection of inventory.
